Access

Better Town is available only to invited reviewers and pilot participants with an access code. Access may be paused, limited, or removed while the product is being reviewed.

Use test data unless cleared for real data

Do not enter real personal, private, confidential, legally sensitive, health, safety, child-related, or third-party information unless the operator has confirmed that your pilot may use real data and you have authority to share it.

Do not upload material that is illegal, obtained without authority, protected by someone else's confidentiality obligations, or intended to harass, threaten, impersonate, or deceive another person.

No legal, emergency, or official decision service

The pilot provides drafting, organization, and process support. It does not provide legal advice, emergency assistance, court services, formal mediation, binding decisions, official voting validation, or professional representation.

For danger, threats, domestic violence, stalking, urgent safety issues, eviction, discrimination, court deadlines, restraining orders, criminal allegations, or important legal rights, use appropriate human, emergency, mediator, or legal resources instead of relying on the pilot.

AI drafts need review

AI-generated summaries, invitations, options, records, and action plans are drafts. Users remain responsible for reviewing, correcting, approving, sharing, exporting, or deleting materials.

Feedback and changes

Pilot features may change quickly. Feedback may be used to improve the product, but private workspace content should not be used for public marketing, model training, or broader product claims without a separate reviewed permission path.
