What we process
The pilot may process account details, invite details, access logs, workspace text, uploaded files, extracted document summaries, AI-assisted drafts, participant roles, audit events, export or deletion requests, and support messages.
Do not enter real personal, private, confidential, legally sensitive, health, safety, child-related, or third-party information unless you are an invited pilot participant, the operator has confirmed that real data is allowed for your pilot, and you have authority to share the material.
Why we process it
We process data to provide access to the pilot, create and manage workspaces, draft and revise user-reviewed materials, handle invitations, maintain security and audit logs, respond to support requests, and evaluate whether the product can be made safe and useful.
AI and service providers
The pilot can send user-provided text and uploaded content to AI and infrastructure providers configured for the environment. AI outputs are drafts only. They should be reviewed by people before use or sharing.
Private dispute content should not be used to train general AI models unless a separate reviewed consent process exists.
Sharing
Workspace content is private by default unless a user chooses to invite others, share a draft, request an export, or request escalation. Program or sponsor access should be limited to the role and reporting boundaries disclosed for that program.
Retention and user rights
Pilot data should be kept only as long as needed for the pilot, security, auditability, support, legal obligations, or agreed program retention. Users may request access, correction, export, closure, or deletion review, subject to legal, safety, security, and multi-party record limits.
International use
The pilot is not automatically available in every country. Region-specific rules may require different notices, representatives, data-region choices, contract terms, or feature limits before real cases are accepted.
